Family owned and operated since the 1920's

My father came to America in 1918. After returning home from being in the United States Air Core, he worked all kinds of jobs, but he finally found his nitch in restaurants. He went on to open a deli & restaurant in Paterson N.J. Over the years we moved down to South Jersey, where we opened the first restaurant. I can say I worked & learned everything that there is to learn in the restaurants.
After I graduated, I kept up my culinary dreams alive by going to Atlantic County Culinary of Mays Landing. After graduating, I later learned that there is always more to learn so over the years I worked hard at my cousins restaurant Vianna's Italian Cuisine until I became Executive Chef & worked at almost all twelve of their restaurants.

As years went by, I have worked, owned, and operated many successful Italian restaurants all over the U.S including Las Vegas, Reno, Tahoe, West Linn, and Lake Oswego and am proud to say owned the number one Italian restaurant in Las Vegas in 2005. After many years, my family and I decided to move back down to our home in South Jersey and here we are- still doing what we know best- Italian food!
